\"I first met Sandy when he fixed a leaky pipe in my basement suite. He did a good job, worked quickly, and left the worksite as clean as I would have. He even inquired if there was anything else I wanted him to check out as there was a one hour minimum charge out and he felt I still had at least 30 minutes left over.
