A quote is a quote, and we will honor it. Upon completion, the price for quoted work may be less, but it will never be more. Any potential “extras” that may arise, will be discussed before additional charges are incurred. This is how we make our living, and of course we are here to make a profit, but needless inflation of costs and exaggerated mark-ups is not how we do work. With Gradient Plumbing & Gas Ltd. you get an honest days work, for a fair price.

Don’t forget about the dryer!

Most people use clothes dryer for laundry, and clean the lint screen regularly. But what about the exhaust ducting? The screen does not remove it all, over time a build up of lint can occur in the ducting. This is a major fire hazard, especially in a gas dryer, and can cause a house fire. The dryer exhaust ducting should be checked and cleaned annually... We can do that!
